Bryce Wada
Coach Wada, currently in his third season as the Head Coach of El Dorado Lacrosse, boasts an impressive lacrosse background. Hailing from Fullerton, CA, Coach Wada holds the distinction of being a proud 4-year alumnus of Yorba Linda Lacrosse. He graduated from Yorba Linda High School in 2017, having actively participated in Varsity Lacrosse during his Junior and Senior years. Throughout his tenure, he earned accolades as a 2nd team all-league player and captained the team during his senior year.
During his college years, Coach Wada played MCLA Club Lacrosse at Cal State Fullerton for two years where he remarkably led the team in scoring for two consecutive seasons. Notably, he held the distinguished roles of team MVP and captain during his time at the university. Moreover, Coach Wada showcased his skills as a player in the SCLL while representing the Desert Dawgs.
Beyond his accomplishments as a player, Coach Wada has built an extensive coaching portfolio. He served as an assistant coach at Foothill, contributing to their triumphant CIF Division 1 championship in 2023. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in establishing the El Modena lacrosse program from the ground up, diligently serving as the head coach for an impressive five years. In his first two seasons with El Dorado, he led the program to CIF each year.
Coach Wada's passion for developing lacrosse talent extends beyond high school programs. He has been involved with various lacrosse academies, including OC Lacrosse Academy, NOC Lacrosse, OC Crush, Yorba Linda Lightning Lacrosse Academy, and So Cal Hounds Lacrosse Club.
His experience as a player and a coach uniquely equips him to lead and mentor the El Dorado Lacrosse team in their pursuit of success.
