FamilyID registration is now open for the summer camp 2022 and 2022/23 school year!

 

The initial registration takes about 45 minutes to an hour. It is recommended you register from a computer instead of your phone. Please register for BOTH summer camp and for the 22/23 school year at the same time to have your athlete cleared for participation before the first day of camp.

Please take notice that the FamilyID registration is not something the student can do and MUST be completed by the parent/guardian. There are a lot of important documents that you must read and sign off on. 

 

After you are done with the registration process, you must submit a Sports Physical. Attached you will find a blank physical form for you to use. It is very important that your student's physician or physician's assistant signs off on the medical clearance or you will have to take it back to them. Once the sports physical is completed, please have your student turn it into the school office. We also need a picture of the front and back of the insurance card attached to the Sports Physical.
